Our organizations strongly embrace diversity and inclusion because we want everyone we serve to feel included and welcomed as their true, authentic selves."

2010
On June 24, 2010, BOOST Collaborative appeared as a partner of the America's Promise Alliance for the Grad Nation initiative in an ad for USA Today.
"On June 24, America’s Promise Alliance, along with its partners, promoted the Grad Nation initiative in a full-page ad in USA Today. This effort was another step in the ongoing awareness campaign to bring attention to the nation’s dropout crisis.
Grad Nation is a national movement to mobilize Americans to end the high school dropout crisis and prepare young people for college and the 21st-century workforce. It’s a call to action for concerned citizens, businesses, community leaders, policymakers, educators, and the nation. With leadership and focus, this is a solvable problem.
We are thrilled to share that 203 partners signed on to the campaign and were featured in the ad along with major funders of the initiative. The ad emphasized increasing high school graduation rates and reducing drop out statistics being issues of national concern. No one sector can tackle this crisis alone.
June is typically a month filled with graduations, so this was a perfect opportunity to highlight that there is still much work to be done. One-third of all children – and more than half of low-income and minority youth – fail to graduate high school on time."
