The BOOST Conference offers free meeting space for up to 15 people throughout the conference in the Boardroom at the Palm Springs Convention Center.
The space does not include Audio Visual or food. Please let us know if you would like to order food or A/V.

Community Connections Receptions
Host your own early evening reception after the day’s workshops and events. We will reserve a room or poolside location for you to host a reception for up to 200 people. Make it a public or private event to showcase your organization or to connect and meet with key individuals. Food and beverage costs are separate and arranged through the hotel. A listing of all open/public receptions, including company logo, confirmed by print date will be included in the final conference program.

Inspiration Stations
Inspiration Stations consist of a group of people who wish to work together to learn more about a specific topic or area of interest in an informal and intimate setting. It is based on a structured dialogue that will enable participants an opportunity for in-depth conversations and to share perspectives about specific area(s) of interest or specific ideas. Each Inspiration Station will be chaired by a designated person and offer explorations aligned with the BOOST Conference core values:
