FAQ's

Q. What does the scholarship cover?
A. The full scholarship covers the cost of registration for the 3 day conference. It does not cover the cost of travel or hotels.

Q. What is the deadline for application?
A. The application deadline is March 14, 2011. The online application as well as ALL supplemental materials must be submitted by this date.

Q. Who is eligible to receive a scholarship to the BOOST Conference?
A. Only attendees are eligible to receive a scholarship to the BOOST Conference. Presenters, co-presenters, and registered exhibitors are not eligible.

Q. How do I apply?
A. The “Apply” tab on the right hand side of the page will bring you to an explanation of the application process and a link to the online application. In addition to the online application you will need to submit letters of recommendation (we suggest at least 2), and proof of funding for your program. These supplemental materials can be submitted to our office in 3 ways:

Q. When will I know if I have received a scholarship?
A. The recipients will be notified on or before March 21, 2011.

Q. What are my chances of receiving a scholarship?
A. At this point our scholarship program is just beginning, but it is definitely starting to grow. While we do not know specifically now many scholarships will be awarded, we encourage those in need of assistance to apply.
