I especially appreciated the conference’s commitment to equity, inclusion, and youth-centered practice.

The workshops I attended were engaging and filled with meaningful content that directly connected to my work and inspired me with new ideas.

The BOOST team did a phenomenal job.  There were so many moving parts.  It clearly took a lot of planning and organization.

The BOOST Conference was an incredible experience, especially as my first time attending! From the start, the combination of beautiful weather, engaging sessions, and a lively social atmosphere made it a standout event. The conference was packed with informational sessions that offered valuable insights, practical strategies, and inspiration to bring back to our work. It was also a great opportunity for networking and socializing with fellow educators and professionals, creating meaningful connections in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Plus, the merchandise and freebies were a fun bonus that added to the excitement! There’s a lot being carried across this field right now, and what people needed most was space to pause, reflect, and reconnect to their purpose. But just as meaningful were the in-between moments, the hallway conversations, the quick check-ins, the quiet “I needed that” exchanges. Those are the moments that stick. We’re heading back with full cups, fresh perspective, and a strong sense that something powerful is building across this field.

This is my favorite conference to attend.  So many innovative sessions and resources are presented.

We just came back from the BOOST Conference, and it was a fantastic experience. We’ve learned so much and can’t wait to bring these new ideas to life in our programs!

Attending the #boostconference was a great experience! A few of our team members spent the week meeting other like-minded people from throughout California and the US. There were workshops, exhibits, and entertainment throughout the whole week!

This was my third year attending the conference. I look forward to returning next year. There are many great learning opportunities. They make sure they provide social activities as well. This conference has something beneficial for everyone, whether you are new to youth work or a seasoned veteran like myself - I always leave with new insights and practical information I can use right away.

This conference provides an opportunity for educators and other youth development professionals to learn, engage, and network with their peers.

From the buzzing exhibit hall to packed workshops, we soaked in big ideas, connected with many familiar faces, and met some incredible new ones. So much inspiration to fuel us for the rest of the year. Now we’re back, and we’re bringing that same sunny energy straight to our programs!

Thank you for creating a platform where real conversations change real lives. This is what it looks like when purpose meets the room it was always meant for.

My favorite part about attending the BOOST Conference in Palm Springs is connecting with so many like-minded individuals and beautiful souls who are all united by the same mission: supporting and inspiring children through education. The energy is incredibly inspiring, and the networking opportunities are endless. Everyone is so welcoming, passionate, and driven that it makes this work feel even more fulfilling. Being surrounded by people who truly care about making a difference reignites the passion behind all the possibilities of what we can create for children on so many different levels!!!

A huge thank you to Tia Quinn and the entire BOOST Collaborative Leadership Team for creating such a meaningful annual event for the out-of-school-time field. We’re heading home thoroughly refreshed and inspired!

This was our third year presenting at the BOOST Conference, and this year felt especially meaningful because we were able to bring together all facets of our work. Incredible feeling being there…so authentic and fun!

This was my first year attending the BOOST Conference, and I learned a lot and enjoyed meeting new people and getting out of my comfort zone.

It was my first BOOST Conference. I loved the energy and all the training sessions. Very versatile on all levels of Afterschool Programming and Administration.

I appreciate that each room had water available for all attendees. The spaces we're all clean, cold, and comfortable. I would suggest this conference to anyone who works with students in an afterschool setting. This conference provided me with new insight and a new perspective for after school care.
