Please be reminded that we will provide each workshop presenter with a complimentary BOOST Audio/Visual Support Package. Below is a reminder of what is included in each package:
NOTE FOR WORKSHOPS: As stated in the RFP Guidelines, we do not provide LCD projectors, laptops, DVD players, CD players, speakers, TVs, projectors, or the Internet. If you would like additional A/V equipment you will be able to order it using the AV POP-UP ORDER FORM below and pay for it on your own. You can place your order directly with our A/V partner, Audio Video LA, before the conference. You may also order A/V at the conference, however, there is no guarantee that any last-minute A/V requests will be fulfilled.
All workshops and special events are held at the Palm Springs Convention Center, Renaissance Hotel, and Hilton Hotel.
